Responsible for the daily operating activities of the clinic
Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet the clinic’s requirement
Ensure overall cleanliness and the clinic and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
Responsible for inventory management
Collate report every end of the month
Manage appointments
Oversee and appraise staff performance
Train and develop staff
Encourage effective teamwork
Liaise with other Clinic Managers should the need arise
Any other duties as and when assigned

Minimum Diploma holder from a recognised tertiary institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory/managerial role, preferably from health & Wellness industry
Have excellent communication skills to reassure patients and create a friendly atmosphere in the Nuffield wellness
Excellent decision making, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to use Plato is an advantage but not a requirement
Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with staff, Doctors and patients
Possess strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant disposition

Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products
Keep a clean and stocked room
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
Provide high quality customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
Candidates must possess a professional certificate e.g CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ in Body Massage or Spa Services.
Any other duties as and when assigned
In-House Training will be provided
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

To assist in the daily operation of the Spa
To handle administrative duties.
To set up appointments and following up with patient’s enquiries and to attend to walk-ins
To assist in all-round counter/reception duties and registration.
To greet patients and to put them at ease before a dental procedure.
To handle/manage Customers records.
To manage general housekeeping of the Spa.
To be able to multitask and work under pressure.
To assist in stock taking and inventory maintenance
Any other duties as and when assigned

Minimum GCE N level. Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered
Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.

Ability to speak English and any other languages to attend to patient’s enquiries and communicate with non-English speaking clients
